Dr. Justin T. Coulter

Dr. Justin T. Coulter, Psy.D., L.P.

People come to therapy for many different reasons. A common reason people start therapy is that some aspect of their life is not working out the way they had hoped. This can often leave people feeling unfulfilled, anxious, frustrated, or lonely. Each person comes to therapy with a personal set of needs and we can work together to make meaningful, positive change.

I believe that positive growth and change happen with a strong therapeutic relationship. Creating a warm, accepting and non-judgmental environment helps to establish a relationship based on trust and safety. Through this relationship clients are free to express their struggles, pains, and difficulties.

I work interactively and collaboratively with clients to help them move in the direction of the life they’ve always wanted. I tend to use a variety of therapeutic techniques and evidenced based approaches to find what will be most helpful for each client. My job is to work with each client to find new solutions and new ways to approach life’s difficulties.
